  • A Good Faith Exam is a medical evaluation performed by a licensed provider to establish or maintain a provider–patient relationship and ensure that treatments are medically appropriate and safe.

    • It is required once per year

    • The cost is $35

    • It must be completed before receiving services such as IV therapy, Botox-type injections, or dermal fillers

    • It may be conducted in person or via telehealth, depending on state regulations

    • It includes a review of medical history, medications, allergies, and contraindications

  • The GFE ensures compliance with medical and nursing regulations, supports patient safety, and allows treatments to be provided under proper medical oversight.

  • It is normal to experience mild redness, swelling, or a slight headache following treatment. These effects are typically temporary and resolve on their own.

  • Yes. A 2-week follow-up is recommended to assess results and determine if any adjustments are needed.
